"hi, I cancelled my rental policy on Dec 23 when I sold my home in Hammond, IN. The policy was renewed on Dec 18, till today, one year later, I have yet to see a refund from the agency. Very unhappy. I had Sent numerous emails and called so many times but no one helping despite promises to look into this. It's not a big sum but isn't service and making the customer happy the bigger picture? I would never buy a policy from this agent again. If i can give ZERO stars, I would. Very unhappy customer."
